Based on the proven track record of JIMS® race engines, we are proud to introduce this 2.2-liter monster which bolts right into a stock frame and incorporates some of the best high performance features in the industry. Specially designed “thick wall” Engine Cases & Timken® bearings, Larger Cylinders with increased fin pack for better cooling, Increased Press and Race Welded Flywheels, Billet Cam Plate with High Flow Oil Pump, Forged Rocker Support Plate with Roller Rocker Arms, ARP® Cylinder Studs and Case Bolts and much more. Built around a 4-5/16” Bore x 4-5/8” Stroke, these engines can conservatively produce 136 HP and 135 TQ with proper intake, exhaust and tuning.

Excessive heat and operating temperature can be an engines worst enemy. The patent pending JIMS ForceFlow literally forces the heat away from your engine by pushing high velocity air through the cylinder fin pack in a wide flow pattern, directed at the head gasket surface. Powered by a cooling fan that was designed to cool brakes in NASCAR, the JIMS ForceFlow can lower head temperatures up to 100 degrees!

JIMS Hardware Organizers

Tired of hunting through plastic bins looking for hardware? These patent pending JIMS hardware organizers will guarantee that all hardware is organized during powertrain teardown, storage, and final assembly. These time saving organizers include a specific stand for top end, cam chest, transmission, and primary. When combined, they all nest within each other taking up very little space and can easily fit in a deep drawer of a tool box. When preparing for final assembly, the stands can be turned on their side for easy loctite preparation. The surface is powdercoated in JIMS durable blue and includes silkscreened hardware position art with torque specifications. JIMS Lift Caddy

Introducing the patent pending JIMS® Lift Caddy. This new unique product allows you to move your bike lift, with a bike on it, by yourself on a smooth floor. The sturdy steel design incorporates two low profile 2" wide heavy duty casters that can rotate 360 degrees, and is capable of handling today's heavy 900+ lbs motorcycles. Even better the Caddy is only activated when the lift is fully raised.(not resting on any lock tabs). Once lowered to any lock tab, or the floor, the wheels camber up securing the lift to the floor as if the lift caddy isn't even there. In short, the lift only moves when you want it to and is secure when you are working on motorcycles, as well as when loading and unloading.
